30-Day Scent Guarantee

If you're not completely satisfied with your FORTUNE fragrance within 30 days of receiving your order, contact us and we will make it right. No complicated process — just honest customer service.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@shopfortunescents.com within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and reason for the return
  3. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions
  4. Ship the item back using the provided label
  5. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Items should be in original packaging where possible
  • Bottles with more than 30% used may be subject to a partial refund
  • We do not accept returns on items marked as final sale

Exchanges

Damaged Items

If your order arrived damaged, please contact us immediately with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement at no charge.
