30-Day Scent Guarantee
If you're not completely satisfied with your FORTUNE fragrance within 30 days of receiving your order, contact us and we will make it right. No complicated process — just honest customer service.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@shopfortunescents.com within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number and reason for the return
- Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions
- Ship the item back using the provided label
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items should be in original packaging where possible
- Bottles with more than 30% used may be subject to a partial refund
- We do not accept returns on items marked as final sale
Exchanges

Damaged Items
If your order arrived damaged, please contact us immediately with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement at no charge.
