How to Start a Return
Email us at support@irresistscent.com within 60 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return. We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions.

Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 60 days of delivery. Items must be unused or minimally used. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we'll cover return shipping and send a replacement immediately.

Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Allow additional time for your bank to post the credit.
